Prepare to Meet your Maker! Your wine maker that is! At The Northwest Food and Wine Festival. Step onto a floor filled with tasty wines and gourmet foods from restaurants and manufacturers. Pick up a glass and prepare to sample, taste, smell, and swirl! Find those great wine values. Savor some fruit at the huge chocolate fountain or Oysters and Seafood with a great pinot gris! When the doors of the Grand Tasting open at The Memorial Coliseum guests will receive a commemorative wine glass and be welcomed to a show floor filled with over 600 wonderful wines and more than 50 fine dining and gourmet epiurean offerings. You'll savor and delight in the flavors of the Northwest. Guests will enjoy a gourmet food offering tailored specifically to accompany the wide varieties of wine throughout the floor. Live music in two areas will feature, Aaron Meyers and Jay "Bird" Koder on the main stage and Jim Fisher at "Wined" Down Piano Bar. The Deep Water Grill will play host to chefs cooking up a dish for lucky guests seated in the area and the Master sommeliers on the show floor will be available to answer questions. An outside fountain court area will feature a cigar bar where guests and stop for a moment and enjoy a conversation with friends. Whether you are in the industry, a wine enthusiast or on your way to becoming one this event is not to be missed! You'll find that next great wine buy and discover new eating establishments that will temp your taste buds and end up on your dining calendar.

Delightful with a hearty cheese, a creamy chocolate or some other flavored delight that can stand up to the bold brandy overtones. Guests at this essential gathering will not be disappointed. You'll be able to indulge in over 20 ports from around the Northwest and beyond. Pick your favorites, relax and enjoy in this unique opportunity to experience both wonderful varieties and the gourmet accompaniments. A must for those who adore Ports! By stepping outside the door to the fountain court guests will also be able to stop for a moment and enjoy a cigar or a port or both! "Passport to Ports" guests will have a wonderful variety of ports to be sipped.
